I have been teaching all over London since qualifying with YogaCampus in 2010. I consider myself a life-long student, and firmly believe that Yoga is for well-being, and that it’s for everybody.
Coming from a dance background, my approach emphasises grace, strength, and joy in moving. I teach with compassion and a sense of humour, using imagery to encourage students to access their own inner wisdom.
I am BWY accredited, and hold certificates in Thai Yoga Massage, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, Mental Health First Aid, and an enhanced DBS certificate.
